We are building a page just for home built switches, if you have a switch in your home, basement, wherever, send us an e-mail describing it and attach photos with it, send to switchman @ centralofficeonline.com
You worked hard on your hobby, get it posted !
I used to work in a step by step office a long time ago and I really miss it, sure the new digital switches are great but they are really no fun to work on because you cannot see anything working,
NO MOVING PARTS AND NO NOISE .
I personallly think the old stuff was the greatest, it made lots of noise and you could see it working and it was large, taking up entire floors in buildings !
My personal favorite was the step by step central offices....
This page is all about the central office... mostly the old stuff.....

IT WAS THE GREATEST OFFICE EVER BUILT
